Kristina Little

Clinical Director & Occupational Therapist

Kristina is a Director of Little By Little Therapy and is a passionate paediatric and mental health occupational therapist. She has over 10 years experience working with clients from 1-18 years of age.

Kristina graduated from the Bachelor of Biomedicine in 2011 (The University of Melbourne) after which she completed a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice (La Trobe University). She has worked in public mental health settings as well as private practice. She is endorsed under the Better Access for Mental Health initiative. 

Kristina has extensive experience working with children and adolescents with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and developmental delays. 

Kristina particularly enjoys working with kinder and primary school aged children to develop their independence, fine motor skills (such as drawing, handwriting and pencil grasp),  sensory processing, social skills and concentration.

Rosie Cramer

Director of Operations

We are pleased to introduce our Director of Operations, Rosie, whose experience and dedication to paediatric care will enrich our team. 

 

With a career in neonatal intensive care nursing, Rosie brings compassion and commitment to supporting families during their therapy. The NICU environment can be a challenging and uncertain journey for parents and their babies. Rosie has years of experience seeing families through these circumstances, and has shared in many happy outcomes. Outside of Little by Little Therapy, Rosie is a mum of 3 year old identical twins and a golden retriever named Sully.

 

Rosie fosters an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated, and every child feels valued. Rosie and Clinical Director, Kristina, have been brought together by their shared values and mutual dedication to client-centred care.

Vivian Nguyen

Occupational Therapist

Vivian completed her Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Occupational Therapy Practice at Latrobe University. During her studies, she gained experience working in a variety of clinical settings including paediatrics, mental health, and occupational rehabilitation. 

 

Vivian has experience providing therapy to children with NDIS funding and her clients included children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Global Developmental Delay, sensory processing and social-emotional difficulties.

 

Vivian loves facilitating child led play and helping children to develop their social and play skills as well as assisting children to increase their independence in self care routines and emotional regulation. 

 

Vivian is passionate about delivering holistic care and working with families, teachers, allied health professionals and other external supports to help children reach their goals and achieve milestones.
