Rosie Cramer
Director
Rosie is a director of Little by Little Therapy whose experience and dedication to paediatric healthcare enriches our team.
With a career in neonatal intensive care nursing, Rosie brings compassion to her role supporting families seeking occupational therapy services. The NICU environment can be a challenging and uncertain journey for parents and their babies. Rosie has years of experience seeing families through these circumstances, and has shared in many happy outcomes. She enjoys communicating with families and the multidisciplinary team-- a strength from her nursing background.
Rosie and Clinical Director, Kristina, have been brought together by their shared values, which are reflected in Little by Little Therapy.
